Nigel shares his expertise on techniques and local ingredients, teaching you how to get the most out of every recipe, while Craig gives you tips on the wines that will perfectly complement the dishes you learn how to make. ...they're back!

Over the past three years Great British menu has cooked for Her Majesty the Queen at her 80th birthday banquet, served a magnificent meal to the gastronomic elite of France and thrilled some of the world's finest chefs with some of the very best, cutting edge contemporary British food.
Now the fourth series begins on BBC 2 with the chefs competing to cook a homecoming banquet to honour the men and women recently returned from active service in Afghanistan, along with their families who have supported them. The competing chefs are determined to win and cook a meal bursting with the tastes of home.
