It goes without saying how proud we are for the recognition that has been given through these awards.

For school leavers today, the challenge of finding a rewarding career path seems increasingly difficult, but we are proving with these successes, the great emergence of our service industry economy, and how it can open a wealth of new career opportunities.

We believe this region is now the food capital of the country….home to a great army of artisan food producers, our hotels attract millions of visitors a year and our restaurants and pubs are scooping awards as fast as they can be announced.

All of which adds up to a host of seriously attractive openings for career opportunities at Northcote and throughout our industry, whether its as a chef, in management, front of house, finance or sales and marketing, there are a number of roles needed to support the hospitality industry.
