Obsession Festival Week 21st - 27th January 2008 An obsession, by its very nature, is self-absorbing, introspective. Selfish. But when an obsession actually enriches the lives of hundreds of people it’s a rare event. Or at least… it’s a once a year event. Welcome, once more, to the annual Festival of Fine Food and Wine. Another coming together of prolific talents, mesmeric skills and outrageous egos. Seven of the finest chefs in Europe combining and colliding to create dishes that redefine the word “gourmet” This is a celebration of all things delicious. Envied by the many. Enjoyed by the few. The 8th Festival of Food and Wine will start on Monday 21st and run right through until Sunday 26th January. The menus have arrived, produce is being ordered, deliveries arriving from all over the UK and Europe. An incredible week of pure culinary brilliance, it is all fully booked, and has been practically since its release. |
