Great British Menu 2011
This year Lisa starred again in BBC2's Great British Menu, creating her highly original 'sharing dishes' with ingredients from our local food heroes. Judges Oliver Peyton, Pru Leith and Matthew Fort scored her a mouth-watering 33 points out of 40 for "some outstanding dishes".
For the second year Lisa was announced the North West regional winner enabling her to cook through to the finals. Unfortunately, despite Lisa's high scores her dishes were not chosen for the banquet.
