Great British Menu 2008
Nigel competed for the opportunity to cook a fantastic four-course dinner held in June 2008 at the restaurant at the top of the iconic Gherkin building in London, hosted by no other than Heston Blumenthal.
Sourcing the best ingredients from their local area, the chefs had to create a starter, fish, meat course and dessert that they believed truly epitomises the very best of contemporary, cutting edge British cooking.
