Obsession 16 was the most diverse Obsession to date, bringing chefs from Europe, Mexico, Taiwan, South Africa, Peru and Japan, all bringing with them a rich and diverse culture and an abundance of talent.
It was this diversity that inspired Nigel to create his latest book that takes a behind-the-scenes look at Obsession 16 — the day to day lives of the star chefs who performed and delivered during the 16 night gastronomy showcase.

Nigel speaks to them about their restaurants, their style of cooking, and offers the reader over 100 recipes from the menus of Obsession 16 chefs, plus the chef ’s own childhood recipe from their region. But, its not just the journey of Obsession 16, illustrating the menus, the wines, and all the recipes, the book gives you an insight into where these chefs have come from and their own personal journey.
