Chef’s at Home Fundraising Dinner for Hospitality Action

To celebrate the return to in-person events, Lisa Goodwin-Allen is one of four top chefs who will cook at the Hospitality Action Chefs at Home Fundraising Dinner.
The Chefs at Home cookbook, was launched to mark the one-year anniversary of the first national lockdown, featuring over 100 recipes that 54 of the UK’s leading chefs cooked at home during lockdown with their families.
Now Lisa, along with Tom Kerridge, Ellis Barrie and Gary Usher will prepare a very special four course meal in honour of the charity.
This long-awaited fundraising dinner, hosted by Paul Askew of The Art School Restaurant, will take place at Manchester’s five-star contemporary The Lowry Hotel, the perfect location to reunite our Chefs at Home contributors as they create delicious dishes to welcome the industry back after such a challenging time.
