How TO FIND US...
FROM THE WEST
Leave the M6 at Junction 31 and follow signs for Skipton and Clitheroe and at the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto the A59, still signposted Skipton and Clitheroe and continue, straight on at the new roundabout at Mellor, for 8 miles. Immediately before the large roundabout at Langho, turn left into Northcote Road and Northcote Manor is facing you.

FROM THE EAST
Follow the M65 to Junction 6 and take the 3rd exit from the roundabout, the A6119 by-pass. Continue for approximately 2 miles and turn right at the Brownhill roundabout towards Clitheroe, A666. Continue for 4 miles to the large roundabout at Langho, take the first exit and turn first right into Northcote Road and Northcote Manor is facing you.
