As HR Advisor, you will provide HR services across the Group and support the delivery of the HR Strategy. With specific responsibility for Northcote and our renowned apprenticeship scheme.
A hands-on role, utilising your employment law knowledge and experience in advising managers to make a real impact in an expanding business.
Ideally, you will
• be at least partly qualified (up to Level 5 CIPD) - Fully Qualified (Level 7 CIPD) is advantageous
• have a basic grounding in an HR advisory role and administration (min 2 years)
• have a passion for food and / or the hospitality industry
• have transport as travel across sites is required.
You will be comfortable running recruitment campaigns and have experience in the development and delivery of training programmes.
More important will be your drive and enthusiasm, with the ability to communicate and build effective working relationships across the business and community. An ability to develop ideas to progress staff engagement would also be advantageous.
The ability to deal with a wide range of personalities and have the strength of character to challenge will assist with your success in this role.
