Part Time Staff

Are you looking for work to fit in around other responsibilities or around studies? We may be able to help. We have opportunities for daytime, evening, weekend and holiday working. Let us know what hours you can work and we will see what we can do. We need responsible, enthusiastic people who we can rely on to deliver the customer service levels we need. Previous experience not always necessary as training can be given.

Restaurant Supervisor

You will oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy restaurant renowned for its exceptional food and service. With the presence, standing and credibility to inspire, train and motivate your team, you will develop excellent relationships with the kitchen brigade and be an excellent leader and communicator with proven supervisory skills.

Pastry Assistant

Working alongside the Pastry Chefs you will assist them in the baking of bread and the preparation of desserts. An interest in baking and previous experience would be an advantage.

Chef De Rang

Responsible for a section, you will assist with the day-to-day operation of a busy restaurant renowned for its exceptional food and service. Ensuring a warm welcome, you will help to train, supervise and motivate our existing team. To succeed, you will need to be highly organized, influential and have a calm disposition.

Commis Waiters/Waitresses

One of the undoubted highlights for our guests is the exceptional food service within our restaurant. You will take great pride in maintaining our outstanding reputation ensure that the quality of service is such that they return time and time again.

Previous experience is an advantage however full training will be given.

Bar Person

Your excellent communication skills and polite manner will make an immediate impression. You must be smart, articulate and enthusiastic and ensure that the needs of our guests are immediately attended to and that the quality of service is such that they return time and time again. You will provide an efficient table service, maintain standards and maximise customer enjoyment.

Previous experience is an advantage but not necessary as both on and off the job training will be given making this a fantastic career opportunity.

Tray Carriers

Required for weekends at Northcote. This role will involve carrying the trays of food to the appropriate table where a member of the food service team will serve to guests. Full Training will be given.
